What struck me about "The Writer" was the bundt cake pan for a head. Quite apropos, given your foray into bread making (without being too on the nose...)

The Jaguar E-Type is my spirit animal, so that one probably resonated with me most! Amazing what the human brain can do... to connect with your thoughts on AI, I wonder if that should be the next, more advanced Turing Test for AI? Being able to recognize patterns like faces in cars rather than see, say, just a car?

Yeah. That bundt pan thing. I was wondering what it was, too. I think it was probably a humongous ink well?

The Jaguar connection actually drew me to Koen's work here, since my more ambitious (and under revision) work emerged from a years-long restoration of a '63 E-type. It's still sitting in my garage, and as days get a little warmer, I'm going to get it ready to put in the auction block. Could be yours, Graham! But it might be a little hapless in Canadian snow. I totally get what you mean about that model being a "spirit animal," though mine wheezes a bit (limp 5th cylinder).

Hmm, an inkwell - could be! I've never seen one like that before, but I did come across this one that looks similar:

And yes, the '63 would be my choice. Except that it would need to be in running condition -- I already have a '74 MG I can't fix... lol Wheezes would be fine.

But yeah, definitely a "summer only" car.
